We do try to get orders out on the same day as ordering, but this is not always possible..

Courier:

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR STREET POSTAL CODE IS USED AND NOT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE/PO BOX CODE. Failure to do this may result in the system charging more for shipping than necessary. If you believe the shipping charge quoted at checkout is too high for your area based on the rates below, please let us know BEFORE placing your order. 

Orders of R850 or more will get free shipping.

Once the goods have been handed over by the Provider to the couriers and appears on their tracking system, it will then be considered to be out of the control of the Provider and any delivery issues that may arise thereafter will need to be taken up with the relevant courier office directly by the User.

Collection:

You can opt to collect in Bohasig, Cape Town or you can send your own courier if you so wish.
